We are pleased to offer professionally tailored suits at internet prices to personal visitors. These are true tailored garments using many many measurements rather than a jigsaw of off-the-peg sizes.

We have a large range of fabric samples in stock for you to examine. We do not stock any ready-to-wear suits. We can show you many styles and also custom design suits for you or simply alter or add to features.

We offer this service as a personal service so you can be assured that you are having a garment made to our high standards with our personal involvement. You do not face any of the risks or inconvenience of working with an unknown third party outside of the UK, of taking your own measurements, or of booking an inflexible appointment in a city centre hotel to meet the tailor that has flown in specially to take many orders.

Value for money

To offer you even better value for money whilst still providing made-to-measure clothes, we offer a full tailoring service to produce custom made suits, coats and a number of other garments to our specifications.

We work with you to agree a particular design.:

You can select from a large catalogue of styles,
We can design something new,
Copy an existing style.

Our tailors carries a huge range of materials but we have the option to source materials from other suppliers (or from you) and send it to them.

We provide our tailor with design details, material specifications, and detailed measurements and also digital photographs of you (to ensure a good match to your posture and body shape needs).

The price is the same regardless of your size. No one is too big or too small.

You need to visit us as this is still provided as a personal service. As always, there is no charge for the initial consultation and you are not under any obligation to place an order. If and when you decide to proceed, we will ask for a substantial deposit from you.

We will contact you once your garment(s) have been completed (which normally takes between 6 and 8 weeks) and ask you to visit us when we will carry out a final fitting. We can make fine adjustments if required over a couple of weeks. These are rarely necessary though. Obviously, in the unlikely event that a fit is incorrect and can not be suitably adjusted, we will ask our tailors to make the garment again and provide details to them of where they went wrong.

Measurements kept on file

If you want us to, after an initial order has been completed successfully, we can keep all of your measurements and preferences about fit on file .

You can then place future orders without having to visit us (although we are always keen to work with you face-to-face whenever practical).

We can even forward the completed garments on to you as we are confident the fit will be accurate after the successful completion of your first order with us.

Obviously this is only an option with standard designs and materials. We still need to sit down with you to create new designs or to agree non-standard material choices.
